Building restoration service

Have dealt with Australian Building Maintenance Company a few times over the years due to ongoing maintenance issues with the original build to our house. Each time have had a positive experience with the company, high quality of work, always on time, always friendly and professional and have your best interests at heart. Rare to find a building company that strives to complete a good job and care about the customer. Cant recommend them highly enough

SOS did a great job on replacing our gutters and down pipes. They were busy at the time and weren’t able to fit me in straight away, however they were up front about it and managed to squeeze me in the following week. Very happy with the work. Thanks SOS.

A part of our ceiling needed to be replaced due to water damage. We are outside of Perth and finding a trade to complete the work was quite difficult.From the moment I contacted Mark, it was really easy. Communication was always prompt and detailed. We agreed on a date and a time. He arrived well prepared and on time. The work was completed very efficiently and neatly. Once complete, the site was left clean. I have been using B&T Carpentry & Maintenance for almost a year now for all of my properties, and they have been nothing short of amazing. They have attended to various jobs for me that range from quick and simple repairs, to major renovations and property make overs. There is no job too big or too small for these guys. I am still yet to come across an area of maintenance they don't do; they're basically a one stop shop! Ben is always great to deal with. I have always found him to be extremely professional, honest, and easy to communicate with. Even when they're flat out busy, he seems to maintain himself well and find time to attend to you. All of the contractors from this company that I have met have been lovely to deal with and are hard workers from what I have seen. 27/10 recommend this company for all of your maintenance needs.
