Ultimo Property Improvements

Harry and his crew went above and beyond for me. I was 36 weeks pregnant and Harry prioritised my job so that the renovations were all complete before the baby came. Not only was he so affordable, he did an amazing job at everything he did- and he really does it all!! I couldn’t recommend Ultimo property improvements enough and I’m already looking for more jobs around the house to get them back!

Ultimo Maintenance certainly lives up to their company name!I needed my whole interior and exterio plus a big dining table painted. Harry (the owner) and his professional crew delivered an amazing job and priced reasonably.They were very accommodating as they were able to squeeze my job in during a busy time of year for them!They perfectly finished the job within a tight timeframe.The crew was amazingly friendly as they always arrived very punctually, they worked hard, and straightened up before leaving. Customer happiness and satisfaction is their first goal and they strive for it. Before completing the job, they did a final walk-through to ensure that they hadn't missed any spots! I would definitely use Ultimo Maintenance for any future job and would highly  recommend them to anyone.David

Hamid and his team are very professional and have had them do a number of jobs (big and small) for myself and have recommended them to family and friends. Very trustworthy and always fairly priced. They are a friendly bunch of legends and I will have them back for sure
