Dale at Permacoat went above and beyond to deliver the look we wanted for our roof restoration project.The team could not have been more accommodating in meeting our needs throughout the entire process, even with our requested changes at short notice.Also a special mention to Kim the roof plumber for his professional attitude and consultative communication.We could not be happier with the service and result.We will be recommending Permacoat to all of our friends and family.

I contacted a number of companies and felt overwhelmed by pushy salespeople.I contacted Bluescope Steel to query if they could recommend a company to assist me.They suggested Permacoat.The salesperson came out promptly, provided the quote and I had time to think it over.So glad we went with Permacoat. Permacoat were amazing throughout, from Tracie in the office (whose communication was always punctual, professional and direct), the person who came and quoted the job and ultimately Brandon who completed the works. Brandon was exceptionally tidy, punctual and respectful. He knew his craft extremely well and was professional throughout our dealings with him. Brandon took great pride in his work, was patience and thorough and didn't conclude the job until it was just right. We are thrilled with our 'new' roof and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Permacoat to anyone.

I did a complete roof restoration earlier this year including repointing, change broken roof tiles and changed the roof colour. The restored roof looked so fresh, bright and definitely a stand out than what it was before. A complete restoration does make a difference especially if doing new landscape as it changes the overall presentation of your home.I received good service from start to finish. Bad weather and covid did see the job rescheduled by a few weeks but not a big deal. I mostly dealt with Tracie at the office who was very informative on the works and processes. When it came to price Permacoat came in slightly cheaper to other quotes I received and preferred Permacoat after my parents used them previously.I also received 2 new spare tiles spray painted to the new colour which were left for me.Permacoat does inform you prior (at quote and by email) of the possibility of overspray and advises to inform neighbours about pet bowls, laundry, cars etc to be moved. There was a small amount of paint dripping to the brick work at the front where there was a barge board and no gutters as such. But I was able to get this off the bricks no problem.A great service overall by the team. Thank you

From our first contact with Permacoat to the completion of the works we were impressed with their commitment to customer service. They followed through with timeliness and professionalism. The admin staff and the tradespeople working on the roof restoration were responsive and approachable at all times. Our roof was restored from faded and desperately in need of repair and maintenance to brand spanking new. The job was done on time and to our complete satisfaction. Would recommend this company 100%. They don't rest until you are 100% happy with the job they have done.
